Malcolm Ross has over 25 years’ experience in writing reports for Serious Case Reviews and has been carrying out Domestic Homicide Reviews since the legislation came into force six years ago. To date, he has completed 22 DHRs and is currently chairing seven.

Malcolm is a former Detective Superintendent from West Midlands where he was head of the force Child Protection Unit for over 11 years.

Malcolm is an Associate Lecturer within the College of Policing and continues to run Child Death courses for police forces across the country.
